Cancellation Policy
Changes & Cancellations: No refunds for cancellations You may request to reschedule your session with 24+ hours’ notice Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice at studio discretion​ ​Studio Expectations: Arrive on time and allow time to clean up before your workshop ends You’re expected to leave your workspace clean and tools returned Please be respectful of others using the space Firing Policy: Additional Firing services are available for bisque and midfire range only (no stoneware firings) Pieces are fired according to our regular studio firing schedule All clay and objects must be appropriate for our firings and must labelled with your name
