Paint your own Ceramic Piece
Join us at The Northern Pottery in Hornsby for a fun and colourful ceramics session where you can paint your own pottery masterpiece.
We’ll offer a choice of beautiful bisque-fired ceramic pieces (mugs, bowls, plates, vases, and more) ready for you to transform with underglaze painting. You’ll learn how to use brushes, layering techniques, and colour blending to create designs that are truly your own.
Once you’ve finished painting, we will clear-glaze and fire your piece in our kilns to make it food-safe and glossy. Your artwork will be ready for collection a few weeks later.

Please note that the course fee here includes use of all studio equipment and underglazes/glaze. You will need to pick from a range of pre-made bisque pieces to decorate at an additional cost staring at $15 for a bud vase. We have a selection of items to choose from including cups, mugs, bowls and fun things too! This additional cost can be paid on the day at the studio (cash/card accepted)
What to bring
Just bring yourself and your creativity! Wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy and bring a small towel. Feel free to bring an apron if you'd like.
